- Onion cream30 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Seasoning1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- Tomato Extract1 to taste
- Mix everything in a bowl and make balls. Then heat a pan with enough oil to cover them and fry them. After frying, make a sauce with tomato extract to your liking and dip them inside. Tips: if you want you can fill with pieces of mozzarella.
