- Ground beef500 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs150 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce400 g
- Mozzarella500 g
- Mix the meat with the egg, onion, salt, a little olive oil (or oil) and pepper.
- Add the flour until you get the point of rolling the meatballs.
- Make small balls.
- In a pan with a little oil, fry the meatballs, sealing them over high heat.
- Remove the meatballs and place on a baking sheet with half of the tomato sauce.
- Place the mozzarella on top of the meatballs.
- Place the other half of the tomato sauce on top of the mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
