- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Salt, cumin and black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- In a bowl, add the minced meat, onion, garlic and parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and cumin and stir well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Make balls and fill with a cube of mozzarella.
- Heat a skillet well, add the oil and fry the meatballs quickly, just to brown on all sides. Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in another pan. After frying the meatballs, finish your tomato sauce nitro cooking. Finish with fresh basil leaves.
