Meatballs with mashed potato

Almôndegas:

Coloque a carne,alho machucado,cebola,farinha de rosca,cheiro verde,sal e curry em uma vasilha misture e faça as bolinhas no tamanho desejado.frite as almôndegas e reserve.

Purê:
Em uma panela coloque as batatinhas amassadas, junte o sal,margarina e o leite de coco.Misture com o fogo baixo por aproximadamente uns 5 minutos.
Em seguida coloque o purê no refratário e adicione as almôndegas finalize com o queijo mussarela ralado por cima e leve ao fogo até derreter o queijo.

Obs:o tempero da carne fica agosto da pessoa.

Meatballs:

Place the meat, bruised garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, green smell, salt and curry in a bowl, mix and make balls to the desired size. Fry the meatballs and set aside.

Mashed potato:
Place the mashed potatoes in a pan, add the salt, margarine and coconut milk. Mix over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
