- For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the rice and sauté well, season with salt and cover with water - cover the pan and cook until all the water evaporates and the grain is soft.
- For the meatballs - place the meat in the bowl and season with salt, macerated garlic, pepper, onion and green smell and knead well so that it is very homogeneous, mold the balls and reserve. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 macerated garlic cloves, add the tomato sauce, add a little water, season with salt, add the meatballs, lower the heat, cover the pan and let it cook.
- For the beans - I let them soak overnight - heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker and sauté 2 macerated garlic cloves, add the beans and salt and cover with water, close the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes - open the pan and let the broth clear.
- For the salad - cut the cucumber into sticks and season with salt , black pepper and olive oil.
