- Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Fine herbs1 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Stuffing: Diced Mozzarella300 g
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, place the ground beef, the squeezed garlic, the salt, the smoked paprika, fine herbs, the egg and the oat bran. Mix well with hands
- Then take a small portion of meat, put the stuffing and shape it.
- Take to airfryer for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees, until golden.
- Ready!!
