- Garlic flakes (1 handful) or garlic powder2 teaspoon
- Cream Onion Powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Basil1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Cooked and mashed potatoes6 unit(s)
- Butter50 g
- Sour cream50 ml
- Milk50 ml
- Ham (6 slices)159 g
- Mozzarella (6 slices)150 g
- Honey2 tablespoon
- In a container, arrange the ground beef, garlic, onion powder cream, salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, 2 eggs and wheat flour. Mix everything very well. Reserve.
- In a pan, arrange the boiled and mashed potatoes and add the butter, cream and milk. Mix well until the butter melts. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Reserve.
- Open the meat mixture in the shape of a rectangle, on top of plastic film with at least 1/2 centimeter, arrange the slices of ham and arrange a little of the puree on top.
- Arrange the slices of mozzarella cheese and roll up like a swiss roll.
- Suggestion Arrange the bacon slices on top and brush with honey.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
