- Cooked red beans (only the beans)1 cup
- Ground beef sautéed with garlic, sweet paprika, and cumin3/4 cup
- Carrots, cut into small cubes, cooked al dente1/4 cup
- Cooked corn1/4 cup
- Chopped red pepper1/4 cup
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the peppers.
- Add the ground beef, corn, beans, carrots, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and mix.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, adjust the salt and finish with the parsley.
- Serve with nachos.
