- Cottage cheese (whole powder)1 unit(s)

- Frozen fresh peas1 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Place the peas in a blender with cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 clove of garlic, blend for 3 minutes, turn off the blender and add salt to taste and blend again for another 1 minute, until the puree has a creamy consistency. Take this pea cream to a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter, mix well until the desired consistency. Medallion: Season the medallions with salt and pepper. Place in a frying pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, and 2 cloves of garlic, whole and with the skin, slightly crushed, let it heat up well and grill the meat for 2 minutes on each side without moving them. Do this with all the medallions. Enjoy your food!!!
