- Ground beef300 g
- Eggplant, diced1.5 cup
- Chopped red pepper1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- In a heated pan, add the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the pepper and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the paprika and stir quickly so it doesn't burn.
- Then add the ground beef and keep stirring to break up the pieces and cook evenly.
- Add salt little by little and add a little water if it starts to stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When the ground beef is cooked, add the eggplant and mix.
- Keep stirring until the eggplant is cooked.
- When the eggplant is cooked, adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
