- In a pan, sauté the skins and shavings of the vegetables that we will use in the recipe and add water. Let it come to a boil and then switch to low heat.
- Now in another pan, saute the kale stalks, onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and let it dry well. Then enter the ground beef and rice, stirring until the meat dries up.
- With that, add the broth from the other pan until it covers two fingers above the ingredients. Add dry seasonings and cook uncovered.
- Finish with the red beans, the cabbage leaves and the girl's finger pepper. Hit the salt and serve next.
