- Parsley to taste

- Catupiry tube1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella100 g
- Dry spices and herbs to taste
- Mix the catupiry, and the mozzarella in a container until it forms a homogeneous cream and reserve your mixture.
- Mix the meat, onion, garlic, parsley, herbs and dry seasonings.
- Grease a shape and cover with aluminum foil and spread the meat
- Make a layer with the stuffing and cover with the rest of the meat.
- Bake for 45 minutes in an oven at 230 degrees
