- Ground beef (I used the duck)1 kg
- Cassava500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Green smell (cilantro and chives)1 unit(s)
- Pepper and Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
- Sour cream100 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Parmesan cheese1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Water200 ml
- Place the Cassava in the pressure cooker for 20min. Meanwhile, bring the meat to a boil. Cut the onion, pepper, pepper and green smell and sauté in oil or olive oil, add the ground meat a little salt and your preferred time, bring to a boil with the water. Let it dry well. When the Cassava is soft, remove it from the pan and take it to a container for you to knead, when it is well kneaded, add the cream and butter and a pinch of salt.
- Assembly - On a platter, place the tomato sauce, the meat and on top the cassava puree, finish with the Parmesan.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and you're done.
