- breadcrumbs or wheat flour4 tablespoon
- oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- grated cheese (packaged parmesan)2 tablespoon
- green smell to taste (green onion, white onion, parsley) to taste
- bacon500 g
- Mozzarella cheese (optional) to taste
- Put the ground beef, the cream of onion, the egg, the black pepper, the garlic, the oil, the grated cheese, the parsley in a bowl, knead well, add the breadcrumbs or wheat flour one spoonful at a time, this ingredient is to bind, you may use less than the indicated amount
- Mix the meat well with the ingredients
- Unite a tray with oil, take small portions of the meat and roll them up like meatballs and flatten a little
- Cut the bacon into long strips, which you can wrap around the meat, secure the ends with a toothpick.
- Arrange the medallions on the board
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil (you can leave it uncovered but it takes longer to bake)
- Place in the oven at 200º and leave for about 40 minutes, remove the foil, place the grated mozzarella on top of each medallion and return to the oven to brown.
