- Rice1 cup
- Filet mignon, cubed300 g
- Pastry dough4 unit(s)
- Cheese150 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic5 unit(s)
- Shoyu40 ml
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Oil4 tablespoon
- For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the snake rice with two fingers above the water - cover the pan and cook until all the water has evaporated and the grain is soft.
- For the pastry - roll out the dough, stuff it with a small piece of cheese, close it with a fork, brush with oil and bake in the airfrey until golden.
- For the meat - heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry meat already seasoned with black pepper in a very hot pan to avoid forming liquids, add the onion and soy sauce with a little water and let the sauce form. *important in this meat there will be no salt, all salt comes from the soy sauce.
- Assemble the plate and serve immediately.
