- Duckling, fish, chopped chuck steak1 kg
- Cans of Peeled Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Homemade beef broth300 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Red wine (optional)150 ml
- Season the meat with salt, pepper and grated garlic.
- Toast the meat in hot oil in batches to brown it. Reserve.
- In the same pan as the meat, place the onion and butter and let it brown.
- Add the wine and broth.
- Add the chopped peeled tomato and two more measures from the can of water. Let it boil until reduced and become a very thick sauce.
- Bring the meat, add a little more water and let it cook until the desired point or until it is tender.
- Serve with bravo rice, farofa and fried egg.
