- Tomato Passata1 cup

- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Water to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the duck meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In a heated pressure cooker, add the olive oil and the meat to sear.
- Then add the chopped onion, garlic, pepper and sauté until wilted.
- Add the tomato passata and water until the meat is covered.
- Take the pressure for 15 minutes, it will not be done, but after that, you will add the potatoes cut into large cubes.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, adjust the salt, finish with the green smell and you will have a delicious mincemeat!
