- Oil3 tablespoon
- Wash the okra well. Sauté the ground beef with the chopped onion in oil. Add seasonings to your liking. Cut the okra into slices, discarding the ends and if there is any hard part. When the meat loses its red color, add the sliced okra and mix lightly. Smother for about 10 minutes. Avoid stirring so that the okra does not release its drool.
