- Sirloin Steaks250 g
- Medium sliced onions2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Heat a nonstick skillet, add the two tablespoons of butter to melt. Place the steaks over the butter and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Once it's at your favorite spot, remove the steaks and add the onions and balsamic vinegar. Wait for it to wilt and serve over the steaks.
