- 🥢Sesame oil to taste
- 🥢 White sesame to taste
- 🥢Black sesame to taste
- 🥢salt to taste

- 🥢 water200 ml
- 🥢 corn starch1 tablespoon
- 🥢 chives to taste
- Start by cutting all the ingredients.
- In a wok put the sesame oil
- Brown the meat and set aside
- Add the onion, garlic and let it brown.
- Add another drizzle of sesame oil and add the carrots, peppers, pepper and let it brown.
- Add the water, soy sauce and cornstarch mixture
- Let it boil for about 3 minutes
- add the meat
- Let it boil for another 3 minutes
- Finish with chives and black and white sesame.
