  • 🥢 carrot1 unit(s)
  • 🥢 red pepper1 unit(s)
  • 🥢 yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • 🥢 onion1 unit(s)
  • 🥢 garlic3 unit(s)
  • 🥢Sesame oil to taste
  • 🥢 White sesame to taste
  • 🥢Black sesame to taste
  • 🥢salt to taste
  • 🥢 Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • 🥢shoyu80 ml
  • 🥢 water200 ml
  • 🥢 corn starch1 tablespoon
  • 🥢 chives to taste
  1. Start by cutting all the ingredients.
  2. In a wok put the sesame oil
  3. Brown the meat and set aside
  4. Add the onion, garlic and let it brown.
  5. Add another drizzle of sesame oil and add the carrots, peppers, pepper and let it brown.
  6. Add the water, soy sauce and cornstarch mixture
  7. Let it boil for about 3 minutes
  8. add the meat
  9. Let it boil for another 3 minutes
  10. Finish with chives and black and white sesame.
