- Polenta400 g
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Cilantro or parsley1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic10 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Season the osso buco with salt, garlic and grill in the pan. Add the tomatoes and onion and some chopped cilantro. Add some water and close the pressure cooker for 35 minutes, see if it's cooked.
- Dissolve the polenta in 1 liter of water and bring to a low boil. Always stir. Leave for 20 minutes in the fire and season with garlic, salt and olive oil.
