- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika4 coffee spoon
- Spicy paprika2 coffee spoon
- Parsley2 teaspoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste

- In a pan, bring water to boil with a little salt and oil. Cut the potatoes into slices (not too thin) and cook for about 10 minutes.
- cut the sausage into slices. Place them on a baking sheet, add the 2 teaspoons of parsley, a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- place the potatoes on top of the sausage, add a little more oil and bake for 20 minutes. While you wait, in a container you can mix the 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, with the sweet and spicy paprika, parsley and black pepper to taste.
