- Tomato puree200 g
- Soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Olive oil20 ml
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Place the chicken thighs in a pan and season with salt, black pepper, paprika and thyme, add the soy sauce, olive oil and 100 g of tomato extract. Rub the thighs well and cover them.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut the potatoes and onions into large pieces, season with salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano, add 100 grams of tomato paste.
- Shake well. Arrange the chicken thighs over the potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for 50 minutes. After removing the foil, bake for 15 minutes at 200°C
