- Cook the rice normally and set aside.
- boil the sausages
- Finely chop the tomato, onion, pepper, sausage, parsley and cheese
- In a skillet, take the onion to golden, then add the tomato until wilted and the peppers.
- After sautéing well, add the tomato paste and let it fry everything.
- In a platter, add the rice, the sauté, the curd and the rest of the ingredients, except the straw potato.
