- Start by making several holes in the pork and then add all the ingredients.
- Place the potatoes also on the platter and wrap with aluminum foil. Book for at least 1 hour. Of course, if you want to do it the day before, the better the result.
- Once this is done, preheat the oven to maximum temperature for 10 minutes, then leave it at medium temperature for 30 minutes. After this time, remove the aluminum foil and let it brown for another 30 minutes. Then it will be perfect.
