- Ground beef500 g
- Salt, black pepper, pepperoni, hot paprika and seasonings of your choice to taste
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chia to taste
- Flaxseed to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and then knead with your hands.
- Form balls of the desired size, and bake in the airfryer or in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
- Mix in the sauce Tomato.
