- Wheat for kibbeh1 cup
- Ground beef500 g
- Hot water to taste
- Chia and flaxseed to taste
- Light cottage cheese2 unit(s)
- Ricotta or the cheese of your choice to taste
- Crushed Garlic4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt, black pepper, pepperoni, hot paprika, cumin, or your favorite seasonings to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Place the kibbeh wheat in a bowl and cover with hot water. Wait about 10 minutes for it to hydrate.
- Remove excess water from the wheat, if any, and add the meat and all seasonings.
- Mix well and knead with your hands.
- In a dish greased with a little oil, place half the kibbeh and add the cottage cheese and ricotta or cheese.
- Cover with the rest of the kibbeh, and if you want, with the tip of a knife make drawings of diamonds.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes.
