- Minced garlic1 tablespoon

- Chives50 g
- Tomato200 g
- Cumin1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste

- In a pressure cooker, put garlic and onion and two bay leaves with a little oil. After the onion and garlic are golden, add the beef oxtail already separated in its knots. Add boiling water to cover the meats and heat the pan, after starting to simmer for 45 min.
- Remove the already cooked meats from the pan and reserve the meat broth. Shred the meat and set aside.
- In a frying pan, I put a drizzle of olive oil and a dessert spoon of minced garlic. Add the shredded beef and a ladle of beef broth. Add the rice, chopped peppers, tomatoes, contro and chives. Gradually add the broth but leave it very wet.
- After well mixed, place on a plate, add more cilantro and sprinkle some fried garlic on top. Enjoy your food
