- White wine1 cup

- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Vegetable broth500 ml
- Normal risotto base, sauté onion in butter and oil, add tomato and rice, white wine, wait for the wine to evaporate the alcohol, add vegetable broth and stir. Add the shredded oxtail, Parmesan cheese and a spoon of cold butter at the end. Chives and parsley to finish, black pepper to taste. Now just open a little vinhozinho or the same old beer!!! Too bad!!!😘🍺
