- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Take the beef tail that comes in pieces, wash it with a piece of lemon under running water, reserve.
- Cut all the seasonings, put the pressure cooker on the fire, put the tail, throw the seasonings on top, put salt to taste, sauté for about 15 minutes, put water covering the meat, close the pan and let it cook for about 15 minutes, open see if it is still hard, add more water and let it cook.
- After it is almost soft, open the pan, place the cassava and leave it under pressure for another 8 minutes. and then just taste.
