- Water150 ml
- 1 rib broth1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Muido Seasoning (Salt, Black Pepper and 2 Cloves of Garlic)1 teaspoon
- Season the meat with the very seasoning; In a pressure cooker add the oil and let it heat up well, then place the meat to sear on all sides;
- Then add the onion and let it cool;
- Add the water and rib broth and let it cook under pressure for 30 minutes;
- Turn off the fire and put the green smell!! Enjoy your food !!
