- Half a kg of meat (I used capote), 5 tablespoons of oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1 medium tomato, chopped, 1 cup of water, 30gr of coriander, salt and pepper to taste250 ml
- In the pan add the oil the onion and garlic sauté until golden, then put the meat cut into pieces and sauté for 5 minutes until the meat is golden. Add the salt, pepper and tomato to half the cilantro and water, cover the pan after it has reached pressure, count 12 minutes on medium heat. After 12 minutes, open, adjust the salt and press again for another 12 minutes. Remove the pressure and finish with the rest of the cilantro.
