- Beef chuck cut into large cubes1 kg
- Corn oil2 tablespoon
- Granulated Onion2 tablespoon
- Natural bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- Color1 to taste
- Green smell1 to taste
- Water to cover the meat1 cup
- Medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half5 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the onion, leave it until it gets very brown.
- Add the meat cut into medium cubes, let it brown for 15 minutes.
- Add the two cubes of natural stock and the coloral to taste.
- Add the water until it covers the meat, do not exceed the meat.
- Put on pressure for 25 minutes
- Remove from the fire, take off the pressure and add the potatoes and the green smell
- Put on pressure again, count 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts to pinch and turn off the heat.
