- Oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Onion3 tablespoon
- Natural bouillon cube2 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- medium potatoes5 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, place the oil, garlic and onion, and let it brown.
- Add the meat cut into medium cubes, let it brown for 15 minutes.
- Add 2 cubes of natural stock.
- Add water until it covers the meat, do not exceed the meat.
- Put on pressure for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, release the pressure and add the potatoes.
- Put on pressure again, count 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts beeping, turn off the heat.
- Finish with the green scent.
