- Granulated Onion2 tablespoon
- Natural broth2 unit(s)
- Color to taste
- Green Smell to taste

- Potato, peeled and cut in half5 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the onion, leave it until it gets very dark. Add the meat cut into medium cubes, let it brown for 15 minutes. Add the 2 cubes of natural stock and the paprika to taste. Add the water until it covers the meat, do not exceed the meat. Put on pressure for 25 minutes. Remove from the heat, release the pressure and add the potatoes and the parsley. Put on pressure again, count 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts beeping and turn off the heat.
