- chuck meat cut into large cubes1 kg
- corn oil2 tablespoon
- granulated onion2 tablespoon
- Natural bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- dehydrated green smell to taste
- water to cover the meat to taste
- medium potatoes, peeled and cut in half5 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the onion, leave it until it gets very brown.
- Add the meat cut into medium cubes, let it brown for 15 minutes.
- Add the 2 cubes of natural stock and the paprika to taste.
- Add the water until it covers the meat, do not exceed the meat.
- Put on pressure for 25 minutes
- Remove from the heat, release the pressure and add the potatoes and the parsley
- Put on pressure again, count 5 minutes after the pressure cooker starts beeping and turn off the heat.
- You can replace the natural bouillon cubes with garlic and cumin to taste
