- Small diced red bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon

- Pepper2 g
- Small diced yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Water for cooking0 to taste
- Oil1 dessert spoon
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic and set aside.
- Put the oil in a pressure cooker and mount layers of steaks and tomatoes, onions and peppers, repeat until finished.
- Drizzle with a little water, add the tomato paste, close the pan and bring to a simmer to cook.
- Let it cook for 15 minutes after putting pressure on - open the pan and the steaks will be tender but there will still be a lot of broth - so leave it on a low heat without pressure until this sauce clears and becomes very thick and red.
- Serve with white rice and a salad.
