- Panceta1 kg
- Cachaça (1 serving)40 ml
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Seasonings to taste1 dessert spoon
- Cut the pancetas into uniform medium pieces so that they are all ready at the same time, then season with salt, pepper to your taste and add a dose of cachaça. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Then put an amount in your Air fryer already heated to 200°, set the time of 30 minutes and open every 10 minutes turning to crisp all sides and it's ready. Depends a lot on each Air fryer it can be more or less the time. The cachaça leaves it very dry and crunchy.
