- Pork belly blanket measuring about 30x40cm2.5 kg
- Spices (herbs) to taste
- Open the blanket with the leather down and fill the meat until it touches the leather, with longitudinal cuts of about 1.5mm apart from each other.
- Make a mixture of all your seasonings, salt, parsley, chives, onions, black pepper, pepperoni, nutmeg, kohlrabi and others that you want.
- Take the mixture and rub it on the cuts of the meat, pass a lot and spread it well
- Make a roll and tie it tightly with a string.
- Book for a few days and that's it
