- Wheat3 tablespoon
- Water with salt to taste1 cup
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Oil to taste
- Cream or fresh cream400 g
- Wheat dissolved in 1 cup of milk1/2 cup
- Sweet paprika2 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 tablespoon
- Colorau1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced small red cabbage1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Apple without peel, chopped1 unit(s)
- Cloves6 unit(s)
- Red/Apple Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- MILANESE PREPARATION METHOD: Mix water, wheat and salt. Dip the fillets in this mixture and then in the breadcrumbs. Leave it in the pan lined with parchment paper in the fridge until it's time to fry.
- SAUCE PREPARATION METHOD: Dissolve the wheat in the milk. Heat the cream in a medium saucepan. Add the milk with wheat, seasonings and stir until it thickens. Reserve. Fry the fillets, dry the oil well and set aside in a low oven. Heat the sauce and place the fillets.
- CABBAGE PREPARATION METHOD: Sauté the onion in butter, add the apple, sugar, vinegar and let it caramelize. Add the cabbage and cloves and season to taste. Cover and let it cook for 20-30min, adding a little water when it starts to dry. Reserve.
