- Recipe
- Boiled Macaroni1.5 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce1 cup
- Ground Blumenau sausage1/3 cup
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 coffee spoon
- Chopped chives1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- In a pan, sauté the sausage well. Add the garlic and onion and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and a little water.
- Cook for about 7 minutes and finish with the chives.
- Serve with the already cooked pasta.
