- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Ground beef300 g
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato Sauce Sachet1 unit(s)
- Screw Noodles500 g
- In a pan add the olive oil, garlic and onion. Start to sauté and then add the meat, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps. When the meat water is lowering add the seasonings to taste. And finally, the tomato sauce. Let it reduce for about 5 minutes and set aside
- In another pan add water and bring to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. After drain the pasta water and put it in the pan where the meat is with the sauce. Mix and it's ready to eat.
