- Cut the white onion into slices (no need to separate), put the oil in the pressure cooker and saute the onions and put the sun-dried meat then add water (no need to cover the meat) cover the pan and let it cook, when you get the pressure wait 20min and see if the meat is fraying
- If the meat is already shredded, you can turn off the fire, if it does not go back to the fire again. After shredding the meat, separate it
- In a frying pan, place a red onion cut into cubes, saute it in butter from the earth/bottle, then place the meat and let it "fry" until it becomes dry, at that moment add the cilantro and mix
- Then put it in the refractory, chop the red onion into cubes and decorate on top, along with a little cilantro.
