- Whole milk to taste
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Put the potatoes on to cook. Once cooked, knead them then while still hot, add the milk, until the puree is creamy. Add the margarine, mix well, adjust the salt and set aside.
- In a frying pan, fry the pepperoni (I don't use oil, I let it release its own fat, but if you prefer, you can fry it as you see fit)
- The assembly is simple, a layer of puree, the pepperoni and cover with puree. Add the mozzarella and put it in the oven to melt. Serve with rice, and potato straw, it's delicious!
