- Flour for Kebab1 cup
- Hot Water1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Olives1/2 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Cottage cheese2 unit(s)
- Salt, green smell and black pepper to taste
- Put the hot water in the kibbeh flour and let it soak for 10 minutes. Then remove all excess water. Place the pepperoni sausage in a blender or food processor to grind.
- In a bowl, place the crushed pepperoni, add the onion cut into cubes, the sliced olives, parsley, egg and spices, mix the ingredients well.
- Grease the mold with olive oil and then place half the dough and stuff it with the mozzarella and cream cheese, then place the other half of the dough and brush it with olive oil. Take to bake until golden.
