- White Rice1 cup
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Thick Sliced Mushrooms1 cup
- Frozen Peas1 cup
- Diced Ham1 cup
- Fresh Sour Cream180 ml
- Finely Grated Mozzarella to taste
- Finely Grated Parmesan to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Make white rice to your liking and set aside.
- Blanch the frozen peas in hot water for 30 seconds, strain and reserve.
- Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a very hot skillet and fry the sliced mushrooms for 3 minutes until golden. Add the peas and ham in small cubes and stir. Add the fresh cream, lower the heat and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the ready-made rice in the skillet with the mushrooms, peas, ham and cream and stir to incorporate the rice.
- Add the 2 types of cheese, stir and serve immediately. It should be very wet when serving.
- TIP: You can reuse the ready-made rice that was in the fridge. If you want to use cream from a box, just don't let it boil, just heat it up and it goes in with the rice.
