- In the pressure cooker put the oil garlic and chopped onion.
- Put the ribs together with the seasonings. Leave it for a few minutes.
- Then put the guandu and cover with water until covered.
- Put the spices. I used chopped coriander, black pepper, Edu Guedes seasoning, bay leaf, chimichurri without pepper, smoked paprika and 1/2 a whole onion.
- Leave under pressure for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove from the fire and enjoy.
