- Red or white dry wine (optional, both are good)200 ml

- Green Smell to taste

- Cornmeal300 g
- Water1 l
- Seasonings to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Cut and sear the rib in a spoon of oil, add the tomatoes, onion and garlic, coarsely chopped, add the wine, seasonings and salt to taste in a pressure cooker for approx 50 min (you can stir and add water if necessary, in another pan sauté onion and garlic finely chopped in two tablespoons of oil, add 1 liter of water and when it boils add the hydrated cornmeal (so it doesn't clump) cook to the point of your taste, the rib as soon as it comes off the bones will be in a juicy and tasty tomato sauce, add the clean broccoli and cook to the point of your taste (we like it al dente), sprinkle or mix the green smell... Just serve and taste ❤️❤️❤️
