- Coarsely chopped red onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns1 teaspoon
- Pork lard3 l
- Season the suckling pig with the herbs, onion, garlic, salt and peppercorns.
- In a preheated pan with a little lard, brown the pieces of piglet.
- Then add the rest of the lard and let it cook on low heat for two hours. Turn off the heat and let cool. You don't need to store it in the fridge, because lard preserves the pork.
