- Worcestershire sauce01 tablespoon

- Brown sugar01 tablespoon
- Put the oil, onion and garlic in the pressure cooker to sauté and then add the pork.
- Fry the meat just to seal (just until the outside of the meat is browned, about 5-10 minutes)
- Still in the pressure cooker, place all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. Add the water and close the pan.
- As soon as you get pressure, leave it on low heat for 30 min and then turn off the heat.
- You can shred it and eat it on bread. It's delicious too.
